Finally, a place to get amazing Xiao Long Bao! We've been waiting for a place like this for a long time, no other place in San Antonio has soup dumplings worth returning for until now. We ordered the chicken and pork Xiao Long bow, the colorful combination of steamed dumplings and the bbq buns. The soup dumplings were incredible, every single one of the twelve kept their soup, no empty dumps here. The wrappers were cooked just right to prevent accidental soup loss on delivery, and the flavor was sublime. The colorful combo was a fun way to try each of the dumplings, and each was a delightful bite. If I had to find any one thing to complain about, it was that the buns were a bit dry, but still enjoyable with a little dip of the soup drippings or the (delicious) chili crisp. The service was great, and the staff were all super friendly. The kitchen being open and being able to see the chefs making the dumplings and noodles is always a fun time. The restaurant is a little far for us, but we will absolutely make time to come back for more!

I always have an amazing time at this location. We've been served by Isaiah twice now and he is an amazing server. He's always so friendly and always has a smile on his face. The food is absolutely amazing. Always fresh and delicious. We recommend coming towards opening and ordering your dumplings first thing, cause they do take time.

We did takeout for dinner here last week. Food was pretty good with great customer service. We had Combination noodles, Beef with noodles and bell peppers, fried rice, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon with broth. This place has the best wontons around. Ample portions. Would recommend you give them a try and will definitely return again to try other dishes.

My wife and I tried soup dumplings, the pan fried dumpling combo, the chili oil beef noodles and the black garlic oil ramen. The dumplings were amazing and flavorful, but the black garlic oil ramen is the best ramen I’ve had in a very long time. They give you three times as much protein as any other ramen place I’ve been to, not to mention the huge bowl size. The flavor was amazing, and I was surprised by the chunks of pork I kept finding as I ate! Definitely will return next time I’m on this side of town.

Noodles and Dumplings has been sitting at the top of my “must-try” list for a while — and now that I’ve finally gone, I’m kicking myself for waiting so long! We started with the vegetable pan-fried dumplings, and let me tell you, they were next level. Presented upside down with a golden, crispy crust sealing the tops together, the visual alone was a surprise (in the best way). The texture was perfectly crisp outside with a juicy, flavorful vegetable filling that completely blew me away. These weren’t just good — they were crave-worthy. I can’t wait to go back and try the other dumpling varieties. For my main dish, I ordered the Fried Curry Noodle with Chicken, and it was an explosion of flavor. The hand-pulled noodles had that perfect chewy bite, and the stir-fry mix of bean sprouts, onions, cabbage, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots was fresh and vibrant. The dish was coated in a creamy, spicy peanut curry sauce that hit all the right notes — rich, nutty, bold, and definitely on the spicy side (which I loved). The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right, making every bite more satisfying than the last. Everything tasted fresh, expertly balanced, and full of intention. You can really tell they put love and technique into their food. I can’t wait to return and dive deeper into their menu — more dumplings, more noodles, all of it. If you haven’t been yet, run — don’t walk. Pro tip: If you’re a spice lover, the curry noodle is a must.

It was the first time my wife and I tried this place, we got the orange chicken with a side of stirred fried noodles, steamed dumplings combination, and i got the spicy sesame noodle soup combination, orange chicken was lightly breaded, it had a nice crunch to it, taste really good, the noodles were something I've never had, so soft yet so very good, never tasted something like this before. The steamed dumplings were also delicious, if youre looking for a great soup. Chunky tender meats, great broth with great even spice to it, not too regular but also not too spicy. Our diner came out to 57 and the food was really spot on! Told my sister and brother in law and they tried the same order and they loved it too as well.

First time eating here. AMAZING! Super fresh! They make the noodles and bao buns right there while you can see them! We over ordered because we wanted to try several things. All of it was so good and we will definitely be back. I wish they had smaller plate options for what we did, but it's ok-we got some to take home! We ordered pork steamed bao bins, fried sample flavors dumplings, egg rolls, crab rangoons(this was the only thing that I've had better but it was still good), chicken tonkotsu ramen, chocolate fried bao buns. This is on my permanent list of places to eat at now.

My initial dining experience was great. There's a big selection of intriguing choices. The freshly prepared noodles, dumplings, and bao were truly appetizing. Our server was attentive and friendly. I look forward to my next visit!
